2. Why do I always get an error when I try to use the Facebook mobilet?

To use FaceBook mobilet on Vaayoo mobile you need to authorize Vaayoo to interact with your Facebook account. In order to do this:

3. How do I capture a video and upload to FaceBook, Emails, Phones, VBox, vaayoo Peeps etc using Vaayoo     Mobile?

On the Vaayoo Mobile open the Record Video mobilet and start recording the video. Once you have done capturing the video, vaayoo will popup the list which will allow you upload to multiple places (FaceBook, YouTube, Emails, Phones, Private vBox, vaayoo Communities etc) in a single click. Select the destinations you need to upload the video and select Submit. Your video will be uploaded to all the selected destinations in a single click. This feature is called single click multiple-destination upload.

5. VMail, what is it?

VMail is a rich messaging service similar to MMS. The only difference is that it is free with the Vaayoo mobile app. With VMail, you can send videos, pictures and voice messages to any email or web enabled mobile phone in the world. Open the VMail mobilet on Vaayoo mobile. Capture your photo, video or audio. Then select the email or phone contacts you need to send the photo, video and/or audio to (see FAQ: How to add a contact to my Vaayoo contact list). If the contact does not exist, you can type in the email or phone number (including country code) and click send. That's it; your message will be delivered to the email and phone recipient(s) with the link to picture, video or voice message.

6. So, what is this Vaayoo Mobilet?

We wanted to come up with a cool name for small applications that run inside Vaayoo Mobile. We came up with “Mobilet”. If you think this not cool enough, do send us suggestions if you have any J .
Mobilets are small mobile applications that run within the Vaayoo mobile application. When you open up the Vaayoo mobile app, you can see different small applications there. Some examples are YouTube, FaceBook, VMail, Contacts etc. Vaayoo and its partners are developing these Mobilets and we expect to deliver them to your phone in the near future. The best part, you don’t have to reinstall Vaayoo mobile application to add a mobilet, you just select it on the web and it will automatically be added to your Vaayoo Mobile immediately. This way Vaayoo Mobile can be extended to accommodate your future choices.

7. What is VBox?

VBox is your private storage folder on the Vaayoo web server. We automatically create this folder for you when you sign up for Vaayoo. Only you can access this folder when you login to Vaayoo on the web or from your Vaayoo Mobile’s VBox mobilet. No one else can see what is in your VBox other than you. So if you have any Vaayoo mobile pictures and videos which you want to access privately on the web you can click and send them to VBox by selecting “private”. By default all the pictures, videos, audios that are clicked and uploaded by Vaayoo mobile are sent to vBox. When you login to the Vaayoo website on your PC you can view these vBox photos, videos or audios and later share it if you wish.

8. What can I store in VBox?

At this time, VBox only stores Pictures and Videos, but at a later time Vaayoo intends to provide support for other type of data including audio and documents . The data you upload to the VBox from your phone can be accessed on your PC by logging onto to www.vaayoo.com and then selecting VBox.  Similarly the pictures and Videos you upload from PC using www.vaayoo.com VBox can be made available on your phone. Vaayoo VBox keeps your data safe, even in the event of you losing or damaging your phone. You can always get your VBox data back to your new phone by just installing Vaayoo mobile on new phone and syncing up to your VBox data.

9. How do I upload an already existing picture or video from my phone to VBox?

Open up Vaayoo Mobile on your phone. Select Upload media mobilet, which will open up the Media folder on your phone. Select picture or video that you want to upload. If you wish you can select multiple destinations (Facebook, YouTube, Other Vaayoo communities etc) that you want the files to be uploaded to. 10. Can I upload a Video to Facebook and YouTube with one single click?

Yes, using a feature called “single click Multiple upload” you can upload a video to Facebook and YouTube (and some other destinations) simultaneously.

11. How to add a contact to my Vaayoo contact list?

You can add contacts to Vaayoo contact list by logging into www.vaayoo.com on your PC and selecting 'Contacts'. The contacts you add on the http://www.vaayoo.com portal will automatically get downloaded to the Vaayoo Mobile application on your phone. These contacts are now available to you with a single click if you want to share photo, videos to them. Later, Vaayoo will be adding feature to upload the contacts from your phone onto the Vaayoo contacts, so that you will never lose your contacts anymore, even if your phone is lost or damaged. You can always get back the contacts when you install Vaayoo app on your new phone.

12. My videos are not getting uploaded to YouTube. Why?

 To send photos and videos to YouTube you need to authorize Vaayoo to interact with your You Tube account. In order to do this:

13. What are My Peeps?

groups on www.Vaayoo.com and easily share videos, photos, audio, and blog with your people instantaneously from your mobile phone or PC.

Here are the features of "My Peeps" on vaayoo:
1) Create your own group or discover new ones.
2) Create a private group and invite only your close family and friends or create a public community where anyone can join.
3) Subscribing to a group will automatically make it available for one click sharing on Vaayoo mobile client.
4) Share pictures, videos, audio, blogs instantaneously from your mobile phone or your PC to other people in your community.
5) Mobile to web, web to mobile and mobile to mobile sharing of pictures, videos, audio and blogs
6) You don’t need to have a Vaayoo mobile client to use "My Peeps". You can still share and see pictures, video, and blogs, audio from other people in community on your PC. 

14.How do I create my own Peeps?

On your PC, login to www.vaayoo.com and click on My Peeps. Select 'Create New'. Select the type of Peeps, give a name to your Peeps, provide a description, and select the type to Restricted if you want to invite only a select people in the group or Public if you want anyone to join the Peep. Click on 'Create New'. That's it, the Peep is created and is available under the My Peeps on your Vaayoo Mobile.  Now you can post pictures, videos, and audios from Vaayoo mobile to the Peeps that you have just created and share it with the Peeps members.

15. Restricted Peeps and Public Peeps?

If the Peeps is created as a restricted Peep, only the users that you invite can join your Peeps. Example: You have created a Peeps by the name Joes Family and Friends. Now you can invite a selected group of users you want to have access to this Peep. When these invited users join the Peep, they can see and upload pictures, videos, audios and Micro blogs to Joes Family and Friends Peeps.

If a Peep that you create is public, anyone can join it without your invitation. It appears in Peeps search on www.vaayoo.com. These Peeps will be added to your My Peeps collection on www.vaayoo.com and will be available in your My Peeps mobilet on your Vaayoo mobile.

17.How do I view my uploaded videos and pictures?

You can login to www.vaayoo,com and select VBox or My Peeps appropriately to see the content uploaded there. Select VBox and view all your private content in your VBox. Within My Peeps, you can select particular Peeps and view the contents in that Peeps. If you want to view all the pictures in your account (vBox and My Peeps) you can click on the camera icon on top. Similarly, if you want to view all the videos in your account (vBox and My Peeps) you can click on the video  icon on the top.

18. How do I change the FaceBook user associated with my vaayoo account to a different Facebook User?

Logon to www.vaayoo.com by clicking “Already Registered” and entering your Vaayoo username and password. Once you login, you will be taken to a page where you can associate another Facebook user by clicking “ReAuthenticate” for Vaayoo FaceBook . This will take you to the Facebook username/password page. Please provide your Facebook username and password. Select all Continue or Allow buttons when prompted. This will allow you to upload photo, status, Video etc, from mobile without a need to login again. After authentication you will come back to this page. Vaayoo will not store your Facebook credentials. When you come back to Vaayoo page, it will show Vaayoo Facebook as Authenticated. Vaayoo will not store your Facebook credentials.

19. How do I change the YouTube user associated with my vaayoo account to a different YouTube user?

Logon to www.vaayoo.com by clicking “Already Registered” and entering your email and password. Once you login, you will be taken to a page where you can associate another YouTube user by clicking “ReAuthenticate” for Vaayoo YouTube. This will take you to the Vaayoo page where you will need to enter your YouTube username/password. Please be assured that these credentials are encrypted and stored safely with vaayoo.
